Ultra nationalist Radical Party meeting in Belgrade
I may be old, but i sure can climb stuff.
As promised, here come the pictures from this magnificent event in the centre of the city.
People who attended this meeting can rarely be seen in the city centre, because they don’t go out that much, and live mostly in the outskirts of the city, so this was actualy a rare opportunity to see them. One other occassion when it’s possible to find out about their existance is at the election day, when they all go out and vote for their favourite party – Serbian Radicals.
It’s been a long time since they gathered in the centre, but things they talked and complained about, as with the scenery, didn’t change all that much.
Pope and the Vatican, together with NATO countries, led by America are still their biggest enemies. Their god is still Vojislav Seselj, being held in Hague tribunal. Their favourite songs include all ancient Serbian military songs. We have a lot of these songs, which is funny because we actualy lost all wars in previous decade.
One new thing i noticed though were the flags, which were all brand new, or just been washed, either way they really stood out there because people were mostly clad in black and dark old clothes, so it kinda made things more cheery.
One other thing i noticed was that Radical supporters were very good at climbing things.
