Miki has left the building

Friday, around 16h: Miroslav Miki Djuricic decided to leave the “Veliki brat” house after spending 15 days inside and managing to become the most popular person in Serbia in that time. In the official Big brother ‘most favourite contestant’ poll, he alone had around 80 percent of all votes while the other 12 participants shared the remaining 20.

He stated that he had to leave and return to his beloved Kupinovo, because of lack of freedom in the house. He wasn’t allowed to talk about politics, religion, he broke many rules presented to him because he hates authority and he thought that the people in the house were mostly boring. This is all certainly true, and i’m surprised that B92 didn’t found the way to make him stay in the house by giving up on some rules – the show ratings will definately go down without him because the other ‘inmates’ are really boring and they obey the stupid rules at all times no matter what. I think one of the reasons though is that somebody could have been facing a fine if one of the persons Miki mentioned decided to sue B92 or Miki himself so they decided that he actualy represented a potentional hazard on the other side.

Big respect to Miki for setting his principles above the money and choosing freedom in stead of humiliation! (and for finaly allowing us to avoid watching Big brother)

How many of you think you could do that these days?

Man somebody should bomb that house now that Mickey has gone.

Just kidding of course but somehow think that if he changes his mind they might bring him back in. It all depends on how they interpret the rules.

Sorry to hear that Miki has left the building, I was looking forward to reading more quotes/anecdotes from him.

On the other hand, ITA, major props to him for placing his principles above the show/money.

Given his popularity, I’m sure he’ll have tons of opportunities to appear on TV again if he wants to.
