Living statue: Rembrandt in Belgrade
One of the true signs of tourist city is when you see a number of Living statue people anchored all over the place in the central or pedestrial area.

In the case of Belgrade, Serbia, seeing this first living statue in city history (as far as i can tell, and maybe in country’s history as well) trying not to move – that’s a sure sign that things are actually moving in the right direction, ie that the number of tourists is slowly but surely increasing.
This Rembrandt guy appeared couple of months ago, all of a sudden, and it appears that he is here to stay. But, if you are in the business of not lifting a finger for money, the living statues market is a still pretty much untouched in Belgrade – go for it.
