Question:
I would like to visit the nikola
tesla museum. how would i go about
this.
please inform me

Answer: For those of you that maybe dont know this already, Nikola Tesla was one of the greatest scientist of our time, and it just so happens that he comes from these areas, having a Serbo-Croatian descent.
As for the museum in Belgrade is concerned, it really doesn’t represent this great scientist the way it should, being that the building is pretty past its renovation time. Nevertheless, there is so much interesting things to see in this museum that it really should fall into every tourist route as a “must see” while in Belgrade.

Couple of the things you can find in Museum:
-metal egg spinning on magnetic power
-neon lights that light up in your hand, powered by your own energy
-urn with Teslas ashes and his death mask (did i mention that he was kind of eccentric?)
-many personal items and letters from Teslas life
and many other cool and weird things.

How to get there: from centre it’s easiest by foot, since it’s pretty nearby. Here is the map – the museum is on the corner of Krunska (ex Proleterskih Brigada) street and Prote Mateje street, the address is Krunska 51 to be more exact. So just follow Krunska street and you will find it easyly.
Entrance fee is really cheap, it’s about euro and a half, for students it should be even cheaper.
Go for it – it is really interesting experience!

Hope i’ve helped a bit.

Well, I have to say that I am suprised to read this comment form Meaghan and Viktor.
During Tesla there was no Croatia, but there was Serbia, and he lived actually in Austro-Hungarian monarchy, for you to know. And he was born in todays Croatia, but he was a Serb, and that is a fact.
