Visa for Serbia and Montenegro

Question: is a visa required to visit your country, if so how and where can i obtain one? i live in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean.

Answer:
i called our ministry of foreign affairs and it seems that you do need a visa. You can get a visa with invitation letter from Serbia, from your friends here if you are coming to a private visit. If you are coming via some tourist agency, they should arrange it for you. This rule apparently applies to all the countries whose residents need a visa to enter Serbia and Montenegro.
Maybe it’s best that you contact your nearest Serbian consulate, which, according to official Ministry of foreign affairs site is in Mexico.
Phone +5255 / 5520-05-24, 5520-25-23 Telex: 177-13-31
Fax: 5520-99-27
E-mail: ambayumex@att.net.mx

If you need some inquiry from MFA in Serbia, use the phone, because their email is, like lots of things in this country, out of order.

hope you can make something usefull out of this.

(I feel a bit weird typing this, trying to help someone come from Carribean to Serbia for a tourist visit??? Shouldn’t it be the other way around? :) Just another proof we are becoming a tourist mecca, haha! )
