Dear friends, readers, fellow bloggers – welcome to the new verison of the site. What’s new?
Well, first of all, the name of the site is no longer ‘Belgrade Inside Out’. Why ‘2.0’? The site is now merged with the “Belgrade blog” so the new name, ‘Belgrade 2.0’ seemed somehow appropriate – new version, two things merged into one, and a whole new set of web 2.0 style features: flickr gallery, lively blog, possibility of reviewing hotels, Belgrade hostels, Belgrade cafes, clubs in Belgrade, commenting on all the articles sorted in categories. Hopefully this will all lead to creating a user/blogger community with the intention of helping future visitors of Belgrade have a better time, as well as letting foreign guests and expats get all the help they need.
Also pay attention to the yellow “Belgrade buzz” column with the latest news, gossip, links, upcoming concerts, shows, fairs and other important or not-so-important bits concerning the region.
Finaly, new address – we are no longer “belgrade.cc” but “www.belgraded.com” – it is longer to type, but, somehow easier to remember, better looking and there is no need to explain anymore what “cc” stands for (Cocoa Islands, if you really must know) – so bookmark/remember the new address www.belgraded.com, and delete/forget the old ones (blog.belgrade as well as blog.belgrade.cc) because all of the content is now moved here.
Feel free to explore the new site, leave comments and review the Belgrade hotels, hostels, clubs, cafes, restaurants, Serbian beers and dishes, suggest new topics and send questions, spread the word about the site, link to us, create a buzz and well, contribute in any way you feel necessary.
Faboulos new design is the result of the Dragan ’s hard work, and if you happen to have any need for a site, to build it from scratch or just give it a makeover, he’s the man you should go see.
Site will never be ‘finished’, because it changes and updates all the time: when something happens, when we add new hotels, Belgrade hostels, cafes and clubs, or when you contribute to it wtih your comments, suggestions and reviews.
So enjoy exploring Belgrade 2.0 and come back often!
