Answer:
There is about 25 km from Belgrade Airport to Belgrade city center. You can take the bus, go by taxi, rent a car or have a friend wait you there. Depending on the traffic, journey to Belgrade city center might take anywhere from 25 minutes to 1 hour. Taxi price should not be more than 10 EUR, and the regular bus is less than 1 EUR, but it is most uncomfortable, especially if you have many bags.
Watch out for the taxi drivers waiting at the airport terminal, they will almost surely try to cheat you. Try to catch one of the taxi that just arrived from the city, or say to the lurkers that you can pay 10 EUR max to the city.
