Passer-by? Serial abuser, more like. Seriously though, whoever the woman doing the interview was, she was excellent. I’ve never heard Wogan speak in such a relaxed, straightforward and intelligent way. And for him to say what he did about the way Serbia organised the competition gets you about as close to douze points as you could hope.
